Objective

Baker Estates commissioned Corfloors to supply and install high-quality flooring at their Little Cotton Farm Phase 2 Show Home . The goal was to create a visually appealing and functional space that reflects the premium quality of the development and resonates with potential buyers.

Scope of Work

• Supply and installation of flooring across a 5-bedroom, 2-storey show home (approx. 240 m²).
• Seamless integration of various flooring types to distinguish zones while maintaining flow.
• Ensure all materials meet durability, aesthetic, and maintenance requirements for a show home subject to heavy foot traffic.

Materials Used

• Karndean Van Gogh Baltic Washed Oak
• CCF Modern Living Carpet in Old Linen
• Cloud 9 11mm underlay

Challenges

• ‍Tight Deadlines: Two days to complete installation in order to meet the client's project timescales. ‍

• ‍Underfloor Heating Compatibility: Ensuring all flooring types were suitable for UFH systems installed throughout.

Solutions

• Adpoted a 3-person team approach deisnged to maximise efficiency, streamline workflow and increase prodcutivity
• Used our extensive knowledge of products, installation methods and adhesives compatible with heating systems.

Outcome

Delivered a cohesive, high-impact flooring installation that enhanced the look and feel of the show home, with positive feedback received from Site Agents.
